Shipping Policy

Retail Customer Shipping:
- Orders received before 2pm are shipped the same day via UPS ground across the USA, and DHL into Canada.
- Orders received after 2pm are shipped the following day.  Orders received after 2pm Friday are shipped on Monday.
- Overnight or 2-Day Air Orders received before 2pm ship the same day. Allow for weekends and holidays by the carrier.
e.g. Overnight Shipping Friday before 2pm may not arrive until Monday as the carrier does not count weekends.  2-Day Air Orders received before Friday at 2pm may not arrive until Tuesday. 

International Shipping

NetworkRV is not responsible for customs duties and/or taxes that may apply to orders.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, tariffs and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country and its political subdivisions. These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out.

It is not the responsibility of NetworkRV to collect and pay the duties, tariffs and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) to the proper authorities.
